BUT... my approach on people is not all business - you see, people are fascinating, amazing and designed for greatness... but we are also designed for relationship. Those relationships can be really great, and sometimes they can be really difficult. We aren't just in relationship with others, we are also in relationship with ourselves, and even the God our creator. Understanding ourselves in definitive ways helps us navigate these relationships in productive and positive ways, creating breakthroughs and nurturing the best of the relationships while developing those that are more challenging.
This transformational approach uses a Colors method that is easy to learn, but more importantly, it's easy and practical to apply to see lasting and transformational results.
The best words to describe are - RECONCILIATION and GROWTH.

(WSC), an IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional, Academy Trainer and Coach for the Business Analyst profession, Lean Six Sigma Certified GB, and Author of book "Color By Design: Why you think what you think...". Jessie holds a BS in Global Business from Regent University, has beeen the Host and Producer of shows like "Live In Color" and "Relational Wealth", and is continuing to spread a global footprint. Jessie has worked or served in 20 foreign nations, and seeks to uplift and empower people to step into their potentials.
As an internationally certified Business Analyst (CBAP), Jessie Lee Perez not only helped build systems for NASA, but also deployed and implemented global logistics systems throughout the world, and was instrumentally involved in building cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the cancer care industry. She established an organization to teach others the skills of business analysis, putting them in the driver seat for a rewarding and influential career, while helping businesses transform their organizations, and opening doors to careers beyond business analysis.
Pulling together these skills with her training as a Relational Strategist, Jessie was lead to her God-directed calling to help people see themselves and their organizations for the purposes they are called to serve, while providing opportunity for career paths and improved business processes and operations in our communities. WSC Business Academy was birthed out of an obligation to give back and pour out what she’s learned, and to serve as an expert in order to lift up others along their own journey.
Jessie now still coaches others, but is stepping further into the Production space and will be producing a new show in the fictional arena, bringing in the relational aspects that are central to her calling. More coming soon!
